In our Screw Conveyor Shop we manufacture our own flights on our CNC flight press that makes each one identical to the next to exact specifications. We sell these to fabricators all across the country.
Caution! Not all flights are made the same, beware of poorly made flights that do not fit properly or have pitch variations that cause vibration problems. Ours are precise and accurate because of the state-of-art machinery and software used in production.
We also manufacture finished screw conveyors and troughs and all the other components required. We can also provide motors, gearboxes, and the power transmission items you need to keep them going as well.
